For Women Who Take Care of Everyone but Feel Disconnected From Themselves

This is an inclusive and affirming space for cisgender and transgender women, as well as anyone who sees themselves reflected in this experience.

You’re often the person others depend on. But lately, chronic stress, anxiety, hormonal changes, or the emotional impact of an autoimmune diagnosis may have left you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unfamiliar in your own body.

Let's Get in Touch

You might be here because…

You’re often the person others depend on.

Even while your body, needs, or circumstances are changing, you may feel pressure to keep going and hold everything together.

You may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling mentally “on” most of the time
  • Exhaustion, tension, irritability, or difficulty fully resting
  • Changes in your mood, sleep, energy, or relationship with your body
  • Fear, uncertainty, or grief following an autoimmune diagnosis
  • Feeling unheard, confused, or alone while navigating healthcare
  • Guilt or discomfort when prioritizing your own needs
  • A growing sense that you no longer feel like yourself

You don’t have to navigate these changes alone. Therapy can offer space to understand what your mind and body have been carrying and support greater steadiness, at your own pace.

My work is holistic and integrative, grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and somatic approaches that honor the wisdom of both body and mind.

Who This Space Is For

A space for women who are ready to make room for themselves, too.

You don’t need to know exactly where to begin or have the right words. We can start with what feels most present and explore it together at a pace that feels manageable.

You are welcome to show up as you are—without minimizing your needs or explaining who you are.

This may be a good fit for you if you:

  • Are often the person others rely on and find it difficult to prioritize your own needs
  • Appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected inside
  • Understand yourself intellectually but want therapy that includes your emotions and body
  • Want to explore how past experiences may influence your relationships and responses today
  • Are adjusting to hormonal changes, health concerns, an autoimmune diagnosis, or another significant life transition
  • Want your identity, culture, neurotype, and lived experience to be respected and understood
  • Prefer a collaborative approach that honors your pace without pressure

Mind-Body Connection

You don’t have to navigate these changes alone.

Therapy can offer space to understand what your mind and body have been carrying and support you in finding greater steadiness, at a pace that feels right for you.

Talking and gaining insight can be valuable. At the same time, stress and protective responses may also show up in the body as tension, exhaustion, numbness, restlessness, or difficulty feeling settled.

In our work together, we can draw from somatic approaches and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and the different parts of your experience. We may notice how your body responds to stress, listen with curiosity to the parts of you that have been working to protect you, and explore what helps you feel more supported and connected.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop a more compassionate relationship with what you are experiencing—without pressure to move faster or share more than feels manageable.
