My approach

Thoughtful therapy,
rooted in you.

Meaningful change can unfold when insight, emotion, and the nervous system are supported together—at a pace that respects your readiness.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we can explore what you need emotionally, mentally, relationally, and physically. Each session is shaped around you, with care, curiosity, and room to slow down.

Finding the right fit

A gentle, collaborative process—not a formula.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before we begin. It can still be helpful to understand the rhythm of this work.

This space may feel supportive if you:

  • You’re looking for a deeper, more thoughtful way of understanding yourself
  • You feel open to slowing down and moving at a pace that feels right for you
  • You’re curious about your inner experience, including what shows up in your body

This approach may feel less aligned if you’re hoping for:

  • Very quick, short-term solutions
  • Direct advice or step-by-step instructions
  • Immediate or crisis support

A thoughtful foundation

Skilled therapy that supports insight and the nervous system together.

I bring ongoing post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Brainspotting, and nervous-system-informed care—approaches often sought by people who have insight into their patterns but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected beneath the surface.

This work is deliberate, attuned, and informed by continuing education and close clinical supervision. We’ll draw from different mind–body approaches in response to what feels supportive for you, rather than asking you to fit into a single method.

Therapeutic framework

Different pathways into deeper understanding.

These approaches can overlap and support one another. We will use what feels relevant to your needs, goals, and pace.

01

Somatic Experiencing (SE)

Somatic Experiencing helps us notice how stress and protective responses show up in the body. Rather than relying only on words, we may gently attend to sensations, breath, movement, and shifts in your nervous system—always at a pace that feels manageable.

02

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS understands the mind as having different parts—perhaps a worried part, a protective part, or a part carrying sadness. We approach each part with curiosity and compassion, helping you build a more trusting relationship with your inner experience.

03

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT helps us understand emotions, attachment needs, and the patterns that shape connection. This work can support a safer, more responsive relationship with yourself and with the people who matter to you.

04

Polyvagal-Informed Work

A polyvagal lens helps us make sense of shifts between connection, anxiety, overwhelm, and shutdown. We can explore gentle ways of supporting regulation through awareness, grounding, breath, and movement.

05

Mindfulness

Mindfulness invites us to slow down and notice thoughts, emotions, and body sensations without judgment. Over time, this practice can create more space for clarity, self-compassion, and choice.

06

Brainspotting

Brainspotting uses focused eye positions and mindful attention to help access experiences that may be difficult to reach through words alone. We follow what emerges gently, allowing your brain and body time to process at their own pace.
