Fees & services

Clear information,
so you can choose with confidence.

Understanding the financial side of therapy matters. This page explains session options, payment, reduced-rate availability, and practice policies before you begin.

My primary focus is individual therapy for women navigating chronic stress, anxiety, hormonal changes, and the emotional impact of an autoimmune diagnosis. Couples therapy is also available.

Private pay

A clear and collaborative way to begin.

I currently work on a private-pay basis, which means sessions are paid out of pocket rather than billed directly to insurance.

Working outside of insurance allows us to make decisions about the focus, frequency, and length of therapy together, without relying on an insurance company’s requirements for ongoing care.

If you choose to submit a superbill for possible reimbursement, your insurer may require clinical information such as a diagnosis and service details. I’m happy to explain what is included before you decide.

Session fees

Choose the amount of space that supports the work.

Session length can reflect what you’re carrying, the depth of work you want to do, and what feels sustainable for you.

Individual therapy

45 minutes session

A focused session for ongoing support, check-ins, or a specific concern.

$145

Individual therapy

60 minutes session

A standard session with more space for exploration, reflection, and processing.

$175

Couples therapy

60 minutes session

Support for communication, recurring conflict, emotional connection, and relationship patterns.

$190

Individual therapy

90 minutes session

An extended session for work that may benefit from additional time and a slower pace.

$265

My fees reflect the care, presence, preparation, and ongoing training that support each session. Offering several session lengths allows the work to range from focused support to more spacious, integrative processing, while a limited caseload helps me remain attentive and consistent with each client.

Options & reimbursement

Questions about affordability are welcome.

Reduced-rate sessions

A limited number of reduced-rate spaces may be available for people navigating financial transitions or other life circumstances. Availability is considered thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.

Superbills

Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so please check directly with your provider before beginning.

Cancellation policy

Life happens, and sometimes schedules shift.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment may be offered to someone else.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are charged the full session fee.

To reserve your first appointment, a credit card is required and may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed session.

Good Faith Estimate

Your right to understand the expected cost of care.

If you don’t have insurance or do not plan to use insurance for your care, federal law generally gives you the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when services are scheduled far enough in advance or when you request one.

If a bill from a provider is at least $400 more than that provider’s Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to dispute it.
